How can I subscribe to the Associations Evolve Journal?

The online journal is available free of charge. You can sign up here.

How can I receive a print copy of the Associations Evolve Journal?

A print copy is mailed to all financial Premium Members of the Answers for Associations community each January. To guarantee your copy, become a member of the Answers Community at www.answers.net.au and upgrade to an Association Professional Plus.

When is the next edition of the journal released?

The next edition of Associations Evolve: 2026 & Beyond will be released on 1 December 2025.

What are the key dates for Associations Evolve: 2026 & Beyond?

  • Thursday 1 to 30 July 2025: Proposed topics should be submitted as soon as possible via the Expression of Interest form on the website. 
  • Friday 29 August 2025: Final articles must be submitted through the website via online submissions
  • Friday 30 August 2025: Advertisement booking deadline (please note that spaces are limited, and availability is only confirmed upon booking)..
  • Friday 13 September 2025: Artwork deadline; all artwork should be submitted online through the website.
  • Monday 1 December 2025: Electronic Journal is distributed and Lodgement of print version (delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed).

What topics does the journal cover?

Topics include transforming associations, creating impactful offerings, stakeholder engagement, membership strategies, operational performance, and financial sustainability.

What is the process for contributing an article?

For full guidelines, please download the article submission guidelines. You can submit your Expression of Interest through the website ASAP, including your proposed topic and a short overview of your article.  Our editorial team will then review and contact you within 7 days to confirm your submission and send you a separate link to upload your full article and all the collateral.

Are there advertising opportunities in the journal?

Yes, we offer various advertising options: full-page, half-page, and quarter-page ads. For full guidelines, please download the advertising guidelines. Submit your Expression of Interest through our website as soon as possible. Our editorial team will review and contact you within 7 days with more information. Please note that spaces are limited, and availability is confirmed upon booking. Once confirmed, we will issue an invoice and provide a link for full submission.
